Congratulations to Warren Nethercote, an International Sailing Judge for being named Official of the Year at the annual RICOH Sport Nova Scotia Awards which were held Saturday, June 2 at the Marriott Waterfront Hotel in Halifax. Warren has been an official for more than 30 years and last year worked events all around the world including the Etchells World Championships in San Diego.
Also recognized as finalists at the event from the sailing community were; Max Flinn and Andrew Burns in the Team of the Year category and Danielle Dube as Female Athlete.
